Join Our Patient Participation Group
Our Patient Participation Group consists of patients and practice staff and meets regularly to discuss issues relating to the surgery. If you would like to join our PPG and develop the practice, please download & complete the sign up form and return to reception. Click here to download.
The practice is participating in a national research and surveillance programme that provides continuous monitoring of infection and disease in the community. Click here to download a leaflet which will provide information on the system and how the information is used.

TELEPHONES ARE ANSWERED FROM 8.30AM EACH WEEKDAY.
We can now offer more appointments with doctors and nurses through the GP Federation Mondays - Fridays between 8am - 8pm and Saturdays - Sundays between 7am - 7pm (Appointments will be held at different locations and are limited - please enquire at reception)
